Florian Loriol has been an osteopath since 2011.

Where to find instructions ?

Do Spynamics tools replace a consultation with my therapist?

Spynamics tools in no way replace medical or paramedical care.

These tools are part of a complementary, day-to-day approach.

Who can use Spynamics tools?

Spynamics tools can be used by anyone 140 cm or taller.
There is no difference between male, female or teenage users.
The design may be suitable for users measuring less than 140 cm, but this must be tested individually.

There is no weight limit for the user.
There is no maximum age limit.
Children and teenagers should only use the tool under adult supervision.
People with artificial joints (prostheses) can use them in complete safety.

How do I place the Sacro Aligner?

Make sure your tailbone is in contact with the promontory of the Sacro Aligner.

If you try to descend on the tool, there should be no play, and your coccyx should immediately abut the promontory of the Sacro Aligner.

Are Spynamics tools safe to use?

The Sacro Aligner is totally safe to use, as the user has absolute control and responsibility.
Thanks to its unique design, the user’s structure is passively guided during movements.

Natural self-protection mechanisms, i.e. reflex-controlled muscle tension in the event of pain during use, guarantee the user’s safety before any injury occurs.
In case of doubt, please consult a health professional before starting any exercise.

Are there any contraindications?

Do not use these tools in the event of a recent accident, advanced osteoporosis, high fever, acute stroke, acute heart problems, cerebral haemorrhage, cerebral aneurysm, brain or spinal tumours. If you suffer from any other medical condition, please consult your physician before using these tools.

Are there any precautions to take?

At first, using Spynamics tools may be a little uncomfortable due to existing tensions, which usually subside within a few days.

Don’t exercise if it causes too much discomfort or pain during use!

In the event of pain during active use with movements, you can first try to reduce the actions to a tolerable limit and stop if the pain does not diminish.

Sometimes it’s better to start with less active movements, such as a simple rocking motion of the pelvis, or simply remain passively on the tool.

How often should I use the Sacro Aligner?

It’s better to use the Sacro Aligner frequently, but not for long, than to use it too intensively in a single session.

We recommend a minimum use of 2 times a day, for a few minutes only, for a minimum period of 6 to 8 weeks. Thereafter, use can be adapted individually to suit the situation, and we recommend regular preventive exercises as a maintenance routine.

Sacro Aligner can be used before and after any sporting activity. It can be used before and after any stretching exercise.
It is recommended to use the tool after long periods of sitting and after sitting cross-legged.

Use of the Sacro Aligner is an essential foundation. The sacrum is the foundation on which the rest of the spine rests. Misalignment of the sacrum can lead to peripheral problems: lumbar, dorsal, cervical, knee, ankle.

How often should I use the Spine Aligner?

The Spine Aligner can also be used on a daily basis.

However, for the first few weeks of use, we advise against working on all vertebral levels in the same session.

This could overload the body with information and lead to unpleasant readjustment effects. Work gradually and listen to your own feelings.

How do I start the exercise program ?

We recommend that you always start by drinking a glass of water before and after using Spynamics tools.

The deep layers of the fascia will be worked on, which requires sufficient fluid intake.

First, find the correct position and relax for a few moments with your entire body weight on the Sacro Aligner.
Breathe deeply and slowly throughout the exercise routine.

It may be best to start with less active movements before trying more active exercises.
If there’s too much discomfort on the floor, try placing a softer support (blanket or gym mat) under the Sacro Aligner, or even start using it on a thicker mattress.

It can also be used in bed.
Gradually increase the firmness of the support once the body has become accustomed to the tool.

Who can use the decompression technique?

Although the decompression technique is recommended for people with spinal disc problems, everyone is advised to use the Sacro Aligner together with the Spine Aligner at the very beginning of the exercise routine, for 1-2 minutes only.

Do not use the decompression technique if it causes too much discomfort or pain!
Decompression can be used as a preparation for active and dynamic self-alignment exercises and, thanks to its relaxing effect, can improve the realignment process during normal use of the tool.

Are there any possible body reactions ?

During the first few days of using this tool, the body may show some adjustment reactions, which may sometimes be a little unpleasant but are completely normal. This is generally a healing reaction which should disappear within a week.

Reactions can include, but are not limited to: dull muscle aches like after a gym session, aches and pains, digestive changes, mood swings, more or less appetite.
Of course, there are many positive reactions, such as: less pain, more energy, better breathing capacity, less tension, better organic functions, a more balanced sex life, better digestion.

In the event of a major reaction, allow the body to calm down for a few days before resuming use.

If you are unsure about your reactions, please consult your doctor before continuing with the exercises.

What other recommendations do you have ?

Drink enough: at least 2 liters of water a day. Avoid long breaks without drinking, and drink 200ml of water every 2 hours. Moderate consumption of other beverages.

Integrative medicine: try to combine different medical and therapeutic approaches. Each condition should be considered as a special case that may require more than a single approach.

Exercise: get moving, train your heart, lungs and muscles.
At least 2 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes.
We recommend including self-help exercises with Spynamics in any exercise routine, both before (warm-up) and after (cool-down) any sport.

Diet: a healthy diet is a fundamental pillar of health. Eat fresh, home-prepared food whenever possible. We recommend adding a magnesium supplement to your diet. Regular detoxification (fasting, colon cleansing, liver cleansing) keeps the body’s energy levels high.

Air and sun: get enough fresh air and spend as much time as possible outdoors. Get enough sunlight to enable your body to produce vitamin D, but avoid too much exposure.

Love your life: enjoy your life, love yourself and others, see problems as challenges and opportunities, don’t harm yourself, others or the environment, and share with others.
